Programs & Services

School Ten Inc. is duly licensed by the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs and holds approval from the Orange County Health Care Agency to administer DUI treatment services. These services are designated for individuals convicted of wet-reckless driving, as well as those with first-time, repeat, or multiple offenses involving driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substances.

12-Hour Program — SB1176 Wet Reckless

This program is designed for individuals arrested with measurable blood alcohol levels below the legal DUI threshold. It includes 12 hours of alcohol and drug education. Drivers aged 18 to 20 who are convicted under California Penal Code 23140 may also be assigned to a similar program.

3-Month Program — AB-541 First Offender

Designed for first-time DUI offenders with lower blood alcohol levels, this program includes 34 hours of alcohol and drug education, group counseling sessions, face-to-face interviews, and any additional requirements set by the County. Please note: San Bernardino and Riverside counties require a 4-month version of this program.

6-Month Program — AB-762 First Offender

Tailored for first-time DUI offenders with higher blood alcohol levels, this program includes 48 hours of alcohol and drug education, group counseling, face-to-face interviews, and any additional requirements specified by the County.

9-Month Program — AB-1353 First Offender

Intended for first-time DUI offenders with the highest blood alcohol levels, this program includes 65 hours of alcohol and drug education, group counseling, face-to-face interviews, and any additional requirements set by the County.

18-Month Program — SB-38 Multiple Offender

This program is designed for individuals with two or more DUI convictions, typically assigned following a second offense. It includes 12 hours of alcohol and drug education, 52 hours of group counseling, biweekly individual interviews, and 6 community reentry monitoring sessions. Additional hours may be required based on County-specific guidelines.
