We are always seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Case Managers, Group Leaders, Alcohol Education Instructors, and clerical staff.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Case Managers conduct interviews with clients assigned to the program; maintain a case load of face to face sessions; support the Program Director in the administration of company policies; must be able to identify and refer clients to outside services; process all necessary paperwork; initiate exchange of information between client and other program personnel; maintain all work in an accurate fashion; follow all personnel policies; and perform other duties as required by the Program Director.

Group Leaders follow a set curriculum developed by the company, and facilitate discussion groups among program participants.

Alcohol Education Instructors follow a set curriculum developed by the company, and conduct educational sessions regarding alcohol and other drugs.

Clerical staff shall compile data and operate a computer in performance of routine clerical duties to maintain business records and reports.


Education and Experience:


Case Managers, Group Leaders, and Alcohol Education Instructors must possess and document 2080 hours of verifiable work experience providing counseling services to persons with alcohol and/or other drug problems. Refer to California Code of Regulations, Title 9. He or she shall demonstrate the ability to listen, to communicate effectively, and to conduct the required sessions in a competent manner.

Clerical staff must have a high school diploma or G.E.D., or one to three months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
